Rework all jobs

I am suggesting to re work all jobs and activities on the server.
let me explain the problem with the server, its too big and has way to many things even though all functions are cool they are wait too separated making the server feel empty even when we have 10 players connected.
so here is the solution. lets re work all jobs/criminal activities to a smaller zone so even when we have 10 players online the server will feel alive and active.
i am suggesting we move everything to LV and re tweak everything. robberies jobs shops everything.
we can start with 2 jobs for the time being and add more as the server evolves.

Hmm I don't think that work well seeing that the entire scripts already have destinations for each job.. so even if the job markers go closer you still have to go far just to do your work
